This apartment is composed of a comfortable double bed, a modern fully equipped kitchen, a pleasant bathroom with shower. There is also a flat screen and WIFI available throughout the apartment. We provide you with courtesy products (rice, pasta, etc.). Entry into the premises is easy and quick from 3 p.m. thanks to a connected lock. Any breach of these rules during the stay will result in a financial sanction. IMPORTANT: during events with a high risk of wild parties and damage (New Year's Eve, Halloween, National Day, etc.), an exceptional bank card deposit of €500 will be required before the start of the stay (Airbnb platform included).
